Venue hire
The Anerley Town Hall has two halls, as well as a meeting room for hire. The Town Hall is
situated in an ideal location on Anerley Road and is easily accessible by bus, rail and London Overground. Our large hall is big enough to accommodate 150 people seated or 200 people standing.
The venues are suitable for the following functions:
- Weddings and birthdays
- Company training and seminars
- Client meetings for small businesses
- Exhibitions
- Regular hire for activities such as fitness, dance,
yoga or acting classes

Main hall
The main hall can accommodate 150 people seated or 200 standing. There is also a stage with lighting, and a PA system can be hired at an additional cost.
Off peak from £25/hour
Mondays to Thursdays, 9am - 10pm
Fridays 9am-4pm
Peak times £60/hour
Fridays 5pm onwards
All day Saturdays and Sundays
There is a 5-hour minimum hire during peak hours and 2 hours during off peak times.
Smaller hall (lounge)
The smaller of our two halls can accommodate 35 people seated or 50 standing.
Off peak from £20/hour
Mondays to Thursdays, 9am - 10pm
Fridays 9am-4pm
Peak times £40/hour
Fridays 5pm onwards
All day Saturdays and Sundays
There is a 5-hour minimum hire during peak hours and 2 hours during off peak times.
Package price to hire both halls
- Fridays 5pm to midnight: £500
- 8 hours on Saturday or Sunday: £595
- All day Saturdays 10am to midnight: £795
Prices include use of both halls, kitchen, standard tables, chairs & cleaning.
If you require earlier or later times please call the office for availability.
Equipment hire:
- Round tables: £10.00 per table
- CD player and speakers: £100
- Crockery storage charge: £25.00
(one off payment)
Kitchen hire:
For smaller functions or meetings the kitchen can be hired at an additional cost. If hiring the main hall, the smaller hall will also need to be hired for use of the kitchen.
